1. Service Agreement

By booking a service, you authorize our professionals to perform the requested services at the specified location, as per this agreement.

2. Payment Terms

Payment must be made promptly upon service completion. We accept credit/debit cards, online transfers, and cash.

3. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations/reschedules are free if made at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a cancellation fee as below:

• Before 24 hrs – 10% Charge of Service booked
• Before 12 hrs – 15% Charge of Service booked
• Before 8 hrs – 20% Charge of Service booked
• Before 4 hrs – 25% Charge of Service booked

4. Liability

We are not liable for any damages or losses during service. Please remove or secure any valuables beforehand.

For Service Brand Partners / Individual Professionals

1. Service Provision

Partners must follow our standards and safety protocols while providing services.

2. Payment Terms

Payments will be made periodically based on completed and verified jobs, as per agreed rates.

3. Conduct

Professional, respectful conduct is required. Misconduct may result in termination.

4. Confidentiality

Customer and company information must be kept confidential. Unauthorized sharing is prohibited and will be treated as per company law.

5. Equipment and Tools

Partners are advised to follow the SOPs defined and they will be responsible for the proper condition of their tools. Damages from faulty tools are their responsibility.

6. Compliance

Follow all applicable laws and safety guidelines. Non-compliance may result in termination or legal action.

2. Governing Law

These terms follow Indian law. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of Indian Laws.
